Pink at Live & Love Crafts!

Happy October, dear friends! I'm fluttering in with a quick post, as my injuries are not playing friendly! Thank you for your sweet love during difficult days. ♥️

It's time for a fun new challenge at Live & Love Crafts! Per tradition, we are all about Pink for October. I pulled out all of my favorite pink LLC goodies for the occasion. ♥️
I especially love the pinks in Pion's Easter Greetings collection, so I chose to feature the darling spring fairies. The gorgeous chipboard frame is from Wycinanka (Paris 2), which I have accented with pearls.
Pink pearl garland dances throughout the flowers, while a sweet heart lock charm is nestled within. The beautiful French Lace doily is Sandy's newest doily and it is quite breathtaking.
I layered the soft pink options of Shabby Chic Tulle and Marquisa trims, topping them with elegant Sunflower Pearls.
Be sure to check out my teamies' creations, as they are always inspiring. I hope you'll play along with us this month! Thank you for visiting and I wish you a beautiful weekend. ♥️

  1. Very precious card! I love that sweet image and how you framed it! All of the flowers surrounding your frame are simply stunning! Such a wonderful layering of laces and trims! I am so sorry to hear you are not feeling well! I have had my own bad luck with an old injury over the past couple of weeks so I know it's no fun to be in pain! You are always in my prayers, hope you can have a restful weekend!

  5. Karen, I always enjoy the "skirted" areas around the bottoms of your cards. They remind me of the gentle wind blowing in through the sheers of my bedroom windows - or of the layered ruffled curtains in my grandmother's kitchen. I guess I'm saying that your cards are always tender and sweet with the nostalgia of memories for me! This creation especially reminds me of a pink ballet outfit my mom made when I was 8. Cute flouncy tutu, and fun little flowers around the waist and in my hair! Your card is heavenly!

Karen, I hope healthier, more comfortable days soon visit you, so that you can once again enjoy your crafting. Please take care and know you are in my thoughts and prayers. hugs, de
